Responsibilities: He/She is responsible for customer services of CFD Duties: 1. To answer enquires from customers in relation to the scope of service of the Department. 2. To review, check and register on the system for service required according to client submitted test requisition 3. To advise customer of the test requirements, sample size and job progress. 4. Test assign according to buyer’s quality manual, conduct sampling list and prepare draft quotation and worksheet for lab group. 5. To type reports and deliver to clients on schedule. 6. To issue invoices to clients on schedule. 7. To ensure that work is performed in well-kept and safe working environment. 8. To complete the tasks in accordance with the requirements set out in the Quality Manual and Company Operation Procedure. 9. To perform the tasks assigned by his/her superior. Authorities: 1. He/She is authorized to access to all customer records, test reports and correspondences related to the services of the Department. 2. He/She is authorized to communicate with clients in connection with the service of the Department. 3. He/She is authorized to access files, reports, correspondences and other information relating to the services of the department. 4. He/She is authorized to communicate with clients in connection with the service of the department.

B.A degree or higher in textile engineering / chemical or material engineering 5 years experienced in project management / customer services. Familiar with buyers / retailers’ specification
