The Counsel will function in the following roles and perform the following primary tasks: • Provide legal counsel to the Company, primarily to the Company’s subsidiary in Vietnam and potentially the broader Southeast Asia region • Draft and negotiate master solutions/services agreements, statements of work, nondisclosure agreements, subcontractor agreements, alliance agreements and various other contractual instruments, in conjunction with Company executives, client personnel and client counsel • Provide support and counsel on employment-related issues, including hiring matters, employee separations, severance issues, compliance with applicable employment laws, assistance in preparation of employment-related policies and procedures and participation in benefits-related issues • Provide support and training in respect of regulatory compliance as well as corporate governance matters • Assist in intellectual property issues including development and protection of the Company’s intellectual capital and prevention of infringements • Review of marketing materials, press releases, etc. • Provide support in the drafting and negotiation of office leases, equipment leases and other agreements with vendors providing products or services to the Company • Assist in the establishment and implementation of Company policies • Assist in the management of litigation and other dispute resolution • General corporate and regulatory counseling
• Participate to activities of software development and maintenance • Perform the assigned tasks in order to meet the schedule and quality objectives • Report to project manager on assigned tasks periodically • Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
Define, customize the software development process in the projects based on the company process Monitor process compliance Periodically perform process audit and product audit Prepare QA reports and send to Managers or clients as needed Consult client, Project managers, other members for process, templates, checklists Track the implementation of QMS, CMMI, quality standards in departments and organization Train other members for the process, related tools and techniques
The main responsibilities relate to the management and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite environments and other Database related solutions. The main areas of responsibility are: • Monitoring, managing and resolving support incidents in conjunction with the central Managed Services Helpdesk; • Involvement in the development of new IT solutions and the maintenance of support documentation; • Working as part of a wider architectural team to ensure the feasibility of the end to end client solution and its alignment to the future technical and business direction of client • Performing standardised and bespoke technical activities during the deployment and support of client environments. • Creating and maintaining client specific technical documentation • performs various technical and process analysis activities to gather required information for the resolution of an issue • Providing design and specification development support to consultants • Responding to functional and technical elements of requests for information • Resolving customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives • Working in shifts • Participating in 24x7 on-call rotation and perform after hours support, as needed. • Working with teams and clients across multiple geographies (India, UK, Iberia, Vietnam and US)
