Duties & Responsibilities: The responsibility of the HR and Administration Manager is to manage all the functions of the Human resource and Administration of the Company under the direct supervision of the GM.
Ensure HR Policies and Procedures are aligned with the company’s culture, strategy, objectives and standards, and comply with local legislation.
Establish clear Instruction Mechanisms so all employees comply with the HR Policies and Procedures.
Manage and implement annual performance appraisal processes and continue to improve effectiveness.
Reviewing, developing and implementing HR strategies, internal policies, HR manuals, to be in line with the Company’s strategies and values.
Managing Employee Recognition programs, Performance & Reward programs, recruitment, Employment cost.
Budget control: In cooperation to Financial Director, Prepares budgets of human resource operations
Identify management/personal development training needs, develop and implement the program.
Analyses wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
Manage all the records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as leave records, hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review & safety (HSE).
Develop and maintain effective internal & external communication methods.
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Administer effective delegation in all departments.
Conducts wage surveys within labour market to determine competitive wage rate.
Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
Work with FC to establish clear and accountable guidelines (SOP) and authority levels so as to enable direct and efficient decisions to be made.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/English
At least 05 years of experience in the same position in a manufacturing environment. Prefer hometown is in Ha nam.
Fluently in English Work experience in international companies is critical.
Highly skill in Microsoft Office: Word, excel and Power point
Deep knowledge on labour law and Government regulations.
Good management, communication and presentation skills.
Possess good interpersonal skills. Good human relations
Strong leadership through influence and effective conflict resolution
Very strong at problem-solving, conflict, crisis management skill and negotiating skill.
High level understanding of planning, forecasting and financial experience to create the budget
Ability to work under high pressure.
