HR MANAGEMENT: • Manage employees’ personal and leave record • Monitor staff probation period and get immediate superiors to review performance • Prepare exit interview forms and confidentiality agreements • New staff orientation – prepare work-desk, name cards and email account. • Coordinate with Credit Issue Insurance on insurance matters • Key contact person for all HR related issues. • Responsible for all recruitment activities (i.e. searching candidates, interviews, candidate’s database, offer, labor contract, orientation); • Manage and control C&B (payroll calculation, social insurance, benefit policies…); • Do appraisal and HR structure for staffs. OFFICE MANAGEMENT: • Arrange social events, such as Tet celebration, annual company trip and other social activities; • Assure smooth operations in terms of accessibility to required resources, assistance to employees and office operations; • Organize social events for company activities; • Communicate with stakeholders; • Support Managing Director to develop organizational culture; • Control budgeting for department; • Apply legal certificates for restaurants, office.
