Duties | Responsibilities
•Hire and retain effective team members for the company.
•Day to day management of all members of the entire company.
•Ensuring goals and objectives are on track to achieving KPI’s for all members.
•Setting strategies to manage training and activities for all members.
•Working with CEO and COO on approaches to building overall TBFs HR
•Support all Managers in talent development targets (pipeline, hiring, training).
•Create team building exercises and mandatory training.
•Organize personal and professional training and education contents with Managers.
•Organize training and courses schedules.
•Communicate with members for training requirements.
•Create a strong team presence and motivate employees to perform in the company.
•Improving employee retention and working relationships in all departments.
•Designed and Implemented new HR On-Boarding Program, Recruitment Program, and Off-Boarding Program.
•Created and arranged monthly employee activities and events.
•Recruit and hired in all staffing and talent management requirements.
•Conducted New Hire Orientation, Exit Interviews and Leave of Absences.
•Maintain and track attendances and absences records on a day-to-day basis.
•Mediate all employees issues and conflicts using current company policies and disciplinary actions.
•Well versed in the subject matter of local laws and policies related to HR and employees benefits.
•Create and execute processes for layoffs during staff reduction period as necessary.
•Work with the local university to maintain beneficial relationships with recruitment, staffing, and internship.
•Develop and maintain internship programs, including creating internship policies and salary guidelines.
•Improve and reconcile members or teams in order to maintain a high level of morale for all members.
•Consistently communicate with team members in order to understand needs and requirements.
•Apply judgment, evaluating for best approach, and make decisions with respect to all members requirements.
•Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet the needs of the company.
