Wilmar Marketing CLV (WMCLV) established in 2009 (Main office in Ha Noi), we are an 100% foreign direct investment company of Wilmar International Group with the total investment of USD 338,738, specializing in the distribution of cooking oil products (Neptune, Simply, MEIZAN, Kiddy, Oilivoila, etc), flour products (Blue Key, Red Key, MEIZAN, etc), sauces and condiments products (Nam Duong, etc) and MEIZAN value-added products for domestic market and export markets.
Wilmar Marketing CLV is under Wilmar CLV, a multi-business group in Vietnam - Cambodia - Laos ( more info of Wilmar CLV in Company Profile section)
Now we are looking for a talented Internal Communication Specialist (belong to HR Department) to be in charge of building effective internal culture and engagement activities for all employees of Wilmar.
Role and Responsibilities
• Conceptualize corporate culture and propose activities in accordance
• In charge of all corporate culture events, contribute ideas and roll them out successfully at all entities of the company
• Coordinate with relevant teams, departments and even management levels of the company to seek for ideas, suggestions and approvals
• In charge of implementing communication plan on the internal channels: Online (e-newsletter, internal post, facebook content, mass email) and Offline (posters, notice board, …)
• In charge of content marketing tasks related to the event, projects on airs
• Contribute to and participate in common activities, events of Corporate Branding section and HR departments
• Other tasks assigned by the Supervisors

1. Treasury :
+ Contact to all bankers for money in / out / cash balance
+ Checking document and preparing for payment
+ Arrange documents and follow up with bankers for buying foreign currencies and make payments to oversea suppliers
+ Arrange documents and follow up with bankers for loan drawdown and repayment
+ Prepare, arrange and follow up with bankers for internal money transfer
+ Posting Bank disbursement on SAP
+ Daily weekly reports of treasury sections
+ Other work assigned by direct supervisor and branch accountant
2. Sales
+ To record and check sales transactions including selling prices, promotions, kinh doanh quantity.
+ To manage bán hàng invoices.
Both to comply with the prevailing regulations of Taxes, Invoicing, Accounting of enterprises and Groups policies; and doing all reports related to sales section.
3. Purchasing
+ To record and thử nghiệm all purchase transactions for both domestic and import,
+ To control Creditors.
Both to comply with the prevailing regulation of taxes, invoicing, accounting of enterprises and Group Policies; and doing all reports related to purchase section.
