- Lead, organize and motivate production activities in production team working in rotating shifts to achieve safety, customer service, quality, productivity and cost objectives.
- Manage team resources to fulfill the required production schedules including “Pre-production processes (daily production planning, prepress, material preparation….)”, “Produce to Specification”, “Quality Gates”, “Trouble shooting and preventive maintenance” … activities in the production shift.
- Check actual production result of the designated production team vs. objectives via Production Reports, prepares gap analysis and corrective action.
- Lead GPS (Global Performance management System) process in the assigned production team.
- Lead special ELS Kaizen projects (Process Improvement, TPM, Cost Saving e.g. Waste Reduction) across the designated production areas and/or the whole Production Department.
- Participate as Avery Dennison RBIS Vietnam representative in designated regional/global communities/project

1. Handle order processing in accounts
• Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, orders fulfillment.

2. Handle customer complaint
• Investigates and evaluate, resolves customer complaints professionally and tactfully.

Avery Dennison is currently recruiting for their Global Organizational Leadership Development (GOLD) Program. This program develops the employee’s knowledge and skills through practical, technical and managerial training. Associates usually carry out several projects in various functions and geographical regions of the company. The program is designed to provide meaningful, as well as challenging work experience through projects that will expose the associate to a variety of our operations and functions within our RBIS business. The program consists of two 12-month rotations in two different subject areas of Avery Dennison RBIS. Cross-regional / cross-functional rotation opportunities will be given to top performers. Roles vary with the current business needs and could include positions such as:
o Operation & Supply Chain: Process Engineering, Project Management, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain Analyst, Production Supervisor
o Commercial: Sales Supervisor and Customer Service Supervisor.

Within two 12-month rotations, RBIS GOLD Associates will complete:
● Rotations in different functions and locations

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Classifying new fixed assets on monthly basis and reconciling with the approved investment budget and accounting books.
- Make sure fixed assets are affixed tags properly.
- Tracking FA input and output US GAAP & VAS
- When asset increasing or decreasing collection full set of document for filling is required: invoice, custom declaration, inspection minute, PO, PR, payment and additional system oracle.
