• The GS Coordinator assist Supervisor in other daily GS tasks.

Role Description
Position Title: Proposal engineer – Spare Part ( Accept Fresh Graduate)
Reports to: Sales manager
Area of Responsibilities:
• Understand and update Electrical and Automation specification to the ERP system
• Synchronize data between Bill of Material and Spare Parts Management System
• Update cost and prices from Suppliers.
• Produce complete spare parts book
• Produce the spare part offer to Customer.

Position Title: Service Technician (Maintenance)
Reports to: Service Supervisor
(Working location: Hải Phòng – Khu công nghiệp Nam Cầu Kiền)
Area of Responsibilities:
• Follow supervisor instructions.
• Read technical manuals/drawings in order to understand equipment and controls.
• Disassemble machinery and equipment.
• Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components.
• Safely operate cranes, power tools, hoists and hand tools.
• Assess the condition of used parts using micrometers, calipers and specifications and report to Supervisor.
Example of typical activities to be done:
• Install and repair machinery and equipment.
• Replace defective parts of machinery as needed.
• Move machinery and equipment

• Jobs ordered in VN following.
+ Following progress and updating system for all POs issued in VietNam – coordinating with expediters
+ Tracking commercial items buying status.
+ Managing Progress Reports ( from expediters).
• Importation and exportation for jobs done in VietNam,
+ Tracking and managing shipping docs for jobs done . Packing list / Bill of lading/custom Clearance / Certificates of Original…..
+ Supporting/tracking goods importing for venders.

Reports to: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer/Group Leader
1. Individual/or group interactions and work results affect the engineers in a small work team.
2. Performs Engineering design drawings, working with Auto Cad and 3D tools, and using engineering calculations to support all designs and innovations.
3. Implement standard engineering practices and address exceptions to the rule or uncommon situations.
4. The Mechanical Design Engineer will partner closely with the Senior Mechanical design Engineer or group leader to ensure good delivery performance on quality, cost and timely completion of the works.
Supervision Received:
This classification works under executive direction of the senior mechanical engineer or group leader, which includes broad technical responsibility for the Machine Design Office tasks or set of related functions. Work is usually received in terms of goals; review is received in terms of results.
People development
This role requires a strong focus on engineering skill development. Serious focus in all training provided by the company and self knowledge are extremely important requirements of this role. You will use best practice in your group, by following the information provided by the senior engineer or the group leader. You are also required to provide coaching, motivation, and helping other team members to be successful in their respective positions.

B. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Thực hiện các chiến lược tiếp thị sản phẩm dựa trên chiến lược tổ chức, giải quyết các vấn đề của thị trường, thực hiện các hoạt động thị trường , đạt được hoặc vượt chỉ tiêu doanh số hàng năm
- Phát triển và duy trì mối quan hệ quan trọng với các khách hàng KOL, chuẩn bị tài liệu và thuyết trình sản phẩm để đạt được mục tiêu bán hàng và duy trì thương hiệu công ty
- Định kỳ (hàng tháng) thực hiện dự báo hàng bán để đảm bảo tính hợp lý của ngân sách, chi phí và quản lý hàng tồn
