I. Logistics job description
Responsible for receiving, processing, issuing, and distributing merchandise including selection, picking, packing and shipping of merchandise in accordance with company standards.
Performs and directs daily activities for the assigned section.
Primary Responsibility: (The Company reserves the right to amend, modify or replace any part or the whole of the Job Description at any time in order to correspond to changes in company.)
• Place purchase order to supplier.
• Monitor and liaise delivery schedule with supplier to insure delivery on time.
• Organizing shipments
• Doing custom declaration for merchandise
• Serves as a liaison for the business and outside vendors in resolving conflicts.
• Lead the tactical and strategic functions of Purchasing including merchandise planning, negotiations, vendor relationships, inventory and national infrastructure to support the needs of the organization.
• Manage the daily supply chain management of goods required to meet client demands.
• Drive an on time delivery program that promotes high performing vendors.
• Provide updated pricing model development that accounts for both the current business state and projected growth.
• Develop systems and practices that promote extraordinary results of Purchasing that support efficiency throughout the supply chain.
• Oversee all aspects of inventory for merchandise.
• Oversee inventory control to support customer needs, achieve balance sheet targets, and mitigate inventory risk.
• Oversee the proper completion of physical inventory counts per year and establish further counts as deemed necessary.
• Oversee Purchasing and Receiving controls and ensure the adherence to the control policies.
II. Sales Assistant Job description
Responsible for supporting sales staff by providing selling price computation, administrative, clerical, and customer support. Follows up with customers, completes orders, and processes sales leads.
Primary responsibilities.
• Answering telephone calls and assisting customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
• Handling inquiry, sales order, sales contact.
• Handling customer complaints or handing customers on to management, answering questions about product or warranties.
• Tracking sales order and perform data entry in system when orders are completed or changed.
• Handling selling price computation and sales contract for sales team.
• Processing sales data and progress reports.
• Following up on sales leads.
• Direct sales leads to appropriate member of sales team.
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
• Promote and sell products and services.
• Maintain client database.
• Handle billing issues.
• Ensure all client information is correct.
• Resolve promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices.
• Analyze sales reports.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

GENERAL PURPOSE
Managed and supervised under Sale Manager. Performs a variety of duties in serving and develop part of market in the south of Viet Nam.
DUTY
The incumbent will be in charge of full market in the north of Viet Nam.
The incumbent will serve existing accounts and develop new accounts.
Closely working with customers to identify new business possibilities and maximize potential opportunity with existing customers.
Ensuring extensive and sufficient knowledge about the unit’s offerings and customers in order to facilitate the sales process vis-à-vis the customer.
Runs the negotiations with the customer and moves the business to the agreed upon margins, as well as ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction (NKI) throughout the sales process.
Charts out and monitors sales proposals and tenders (e.g. quantity, margin, product/system), and follows up statistics concerning sales proposals.
Ensures that the sales proposals submitted are followed up and agreements are signed when appropriate, and that they are in accordance with established requirements within the unit.
Fulfils the expected number customer visits as established in consultation with the Sales Manager and ensures that the customer database is maintained updated in regards to customer information, contact persons, businesses and activities, maintaining updated customer database.
The incumbent will work closely with our factories in various part of the world to technical information of product not available in our intranet.
Due to the nature of our product, the sales person is expected to provide simple trouble shooting in customer facilities at time.
Updating and sharing market situation and competitor activities.
Identify the opportunities to achieve sales plan.
Extensive training will be provided to successful applicant by the company upon joining the company before an individual is put on the field. As there is possibility of oversea training all successful applicant are expected to possess a valid passport.
This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.
