- Check daily cost from suplier such as: red invoice information, cost is resonable/legal/suitable or not and can charge customer or not, how much will be charged - Make payment by internet banking & payment/ collect by cash when arising - Input settlement into accounting system daily to make daily cash report - Storage document as Kens regulation - Perform other tasks as required by Manager.

- In charge of labor contract, payroll, personal income tax matter, all kind of insurance, welfare, benefits for staff within the organization according to the Company strategy & Vietnam labor law. - Develop and implement HR policies and regulation of the company. - Organize staff performance assessment program. - Represent the HR Department both internally and externally - Develop & Execute recruitment plan, staff training involving job description, fill open position, determine effective& efficient method on interview and evaluation. - Administrative duties including purchasing, office material management, event organization within the organization,etc.
1. Customs Clearance staff - Vinh Phuc - 01 Male/ Female - Receipt of export documents and processing documents - Entry electronic declaration data and customs clearance - To Approve documents to customs offices for clearance of declarations - Other tasks as required by department head 2. Liquidation Staff - Ha Noi - 01 Male/ Female - Contact, meet customers to find out enterprise information - Collect Data, import -export, accounting, production and Process data - Detect problems and propose solutions - Prepare finalization report, refund tax and save document to customers
- Receive documents and documents - Check customs procedures and open customs declarations - Obtaining import / export permits, certificates of origin (if necessary) - Make daily reports - Do other related work as assigned by the Department Manager
- Get Pre-Alert from oversea agents, check data - Input data on system - Send docs to customer and operation team - Tracking cargo, solve problem with oversea agent and co-loader - Control debit of oversea agents - Make payment request to carrier - Perform other tasks as required by Manager.
- Collect, compare, check service charge with customers monthly - Entry, update data to forwarding software - Collect red invoice from accountant dept, evidence related and send to customers - Report work progress to manager - Other job as assignment
- Open customs declarations - Supervise and manage the work of the Customs Clearance team - Solve cost issues related to shipping lines, seaports, ... to ensure the clearance and goods delivery; - Manage and arrange the work flow to ensure correct procedures and work effectiveness - Arrange the meetings, prepare meeting minutes, supervise the works of Logistics Dept - Report the work progress to Manager and Board of Director - Other jobs assigned by Manager and Board of Director ================ - Mở tờ khai hải quan; - Theo dõi, quản lý công việc đội thủ tục Hải quan; - Giải quyết các vấn đề chi phí liên quan đến hãng tàu, cảng biển....đảm bảo cho việc thực hiện thông quan và giải phóng hàng nhanh chóng; - Quản lý, sắp xếp và đảm bảo công việc của phòng Logistics được thực hiện theo đúng quy trình và hiệu quả; - Tổ chức các cuộc họp, ghi biên bản, theo dõi đôn đốc công việc của phòng Logistics; - Báo cáo tiến độ công việc tới Trưởng phòng và Ban lãnh đạo; - Các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của Trưởng phòng và Ban lãnh đạo
