Reporting to the Head of Legal – Vietnam, you will be: • Advising on the structuring and implementation of a broad range of e-commerce solutions and conducting related legal research. This ensures that solutions are implemented legally in an open challenging regulatory environment. • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of contracts, including customer facing terms, Brand partnership agreements, marketing and technology agreements, supply agreements, and intellectual property licensing agreements. • Providing day-to-day legal support on operational matters, including advising on issues relating to intellectual property, consumer protection, data privacy, IT security, payments and counterparty disputes. • Assisting with operating license applications and regulatory filings, and in dealing with regulators. • Supporting the implementation of Group-wide legal compliance programmes, policies, procedures and guidelines. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer you will be responsible for: A. Owning the integrity, accuracy and rigor of the balance sheet and accounting systems/processes/operation • Maintaining the company accounting system, the integrity, timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting prepared in compliance with local Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) and tax reporting • Ensure the rigor, discipline and integrity of the general ledgers and balance sheet with a structured process to review and monitor the balance sheet health • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the finance and accounting function within the company, ensuring monthly financial statements are prepared accurately and in a timely manner • Stay updated of changes in VAS and GAAP to ensure the internal accounting operation is fully compliant with the latest regulation and changes B. Ensuring a strong control and risk management culture and operation within the finance function and the overall business • Leading the overall risk and control review of the business, with the support from the enterprise risk team based out of Singapore • Continuously engage with relevant business stakeholders and finance leads to understand, identify and suggest solutions for risk management • Safeguard the business assets through ensuring a tight control on key processes: P2P, O2C and R2R. Key Account Manager is responsible for the acquisition growth of new brands and sellers in alignment with category management growth. The key responsibilities are to: • Hunt and acquire potential brands/ sellers inclusive of top brands/ sellers that contribute to category growth rate • Incubate top brands and sellers • Work and align with Category Director to plan category development in terms of new sellers/ brands growth and development, brand/ seller incubation plan and implementation • Develop brand/ seller base and seller selling/ assortment, including supporting brands/ sellers to establish e-commerce shops on Lazada and verifying brands/ sellers’ identity • Leverage online and offline channels to drive interest of SMEs to sell on Lazada • Drive inflow through offline events and partnerships • Cooperate with Sellers Operations and Engagement Team to organize offline events to increase awareness and knowledge about selling on Lazada • Acquire brands/ sellers selling in different platforms • Contact these sellers and scrape their shops if they agree to • Identify sellers selling in competing platforms • Ensure a smooth and easy brand/ seller sign-up through efficient processes and technology. • Work with local institutions whether public or private to leverage on their ability to reach SMEs
• Be the expert in using data to measure and analyse business performance in each our markets and lines of business. • Explore business issues/opportunities, uncover insights and/or identify targeted areas for business growth. • Partner with management and operational teams to deep dive on core issues and use our data to find answers. • Collaborate with various expert teams to rollout effective products/services and to expand data for building richer insights. • Lead new data analytics capability rollouts and/or data-led initiatives throughout Lazada • Monitor key metrics and alert the business on potential issues. • Analyse operational efficiency and build business models to guide decision-making. • Design market/business intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards to share with senior management • Daily/Weekly/monthly performance analysis to monitor the performance of business, to locate risk and to discover potential business opportunities. • Perform ad-hoc business analysis, to drill down on certain business challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis. • Help summarizing data analysis requirements to conduct data application projects (need communication with data tech team).

Power Seller Management is responsible for managing business performance of Power Sellers’ business direction including acquiring Power Sellers, incubating for their growth, planning and implementing category performance and growth. Reporting to Head of Seller Operations, your key responsibilities include: 1. Power Seller Acquisition Acquire new power sellers such as manufacturers, factories, distributors, import-export traders. Reporting to the CFO and key responsibilities are: • Develop and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will enable Management team to establish goals and measure performance of the Company’s business. • Routinely communicate business financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics.
