- General administration duties.
- Managing human resource & manpower planning.
- Co-ordinate meetings between Admin & Technical Departments to
streamline and improve company’s work efficiency.
- Other duties delegated from time to time to enhance company’s
1. In accounting:
- Assist with preparation of monthly budget; oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Assist with preparation of fee proposals and project contracts;
- Maintain contracting documents and records.
2. In human resource administration:
- Administer employment contracts, appointment and financial remuneration;
- Verify and report on payments & incentives due to our staff, vendors, etc.;
- Maintain & manage the annual leave record of staff;
- Supervise on the completion of company payroll on monthly basis.
3. In administrative services:
- Manage the filing, storage and security of documents;
- Maintain and record projects’ emails & correspondence
- Respond to inquiries;
- Manage the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment;
- Assist with preparation and updating of company profile;
- Managing & dealing with office vendors/suppliers.
