1/ Monitor all quality activities relate to Incoming processes:a. Supplier evaluation, monitoring, develop and build up level of qualityb. Control/monitor scrap rate and scrap cost according to our TVN’s target and report to QC Manager /QC Supervisor periodicallye. Quality Data control: Monitor measure and analyze processes within Thermtrol (VSIP).f. Monitor Production jigs certification & measuring equipment calibration activities.g. Verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions taken as a result of non-conformances. Periodically report the status of all corrective and preventive actions taken.h. Report and monitoring the quality objectives. Suggest and implement actions necessary to achieve planned quality objectives.i. Evaluate products to provide performance data necessary for achievement of quality objectives andimprovement opportunitiesj. Investigating/ Analyzing and solving customer complaints on product performance. Complete the report, verify the actions taken and follow up the effectiveness.k. Plan and perform as plan for Calibration/Verification of all measuring equipments and tools/jigs. • Management and control 01 shift production by Production plan daily/Manpower/Quality/Efficiency/... • Satisfy customer at quality, price and delivery time.• Ensure using optimize manpower, review disposing overtime of shifts before submit to PD manager.• Establishes the controls necessary to ensure achievement of production efficiencies optimum yield and product quality. • Training, coaching all subordinates about work instructions/ procedures regarding to labor safety, new products, processes, techniques, related skills and job rotation• Ensuring the quick, accurate and adequate shift changeover e.g. machines, equipment, tools, production plan and progress, ad hoc matters, shift experience and follow-up actions.• Ensure production status meet production plan.• Implement actions necessary to achieve planned quality

EMS,...)- Develop, maintain and improve the quality control specification of processes & products- Lead improvement activities- Plan and monitor the audit and verification the effectiveness and efficiency of manufacturing processes and products- Get involved in developing & verify the new product project- Deal with external assessment bodies, customers and suppliers on Quality Management System matters- Develop, maintain and improve the supplier audit criteria. Perform the supplier audit where required.- Establish, maintain a comprehensive training program to ensure the staff competence required for their individual roles.Work and report directly to QA Manager.
