- Preparing financial statement & analysis reports as requested by FC

- Responsible for all tax issue, VAT refund

- Train accounting principle & company’s policy for new staff

- Manage 3-4 staff to monitor inventory, overhead cost, fixed asset and taxes 

- Cooperate with merchandiser, WH, shipping forwarder, transportation agent for arranging shipments to customers in order to achieved shipment deadline, make sure full container load/loose cargo load bookings are done on time

- Prepare shipments document for sending to buyer and issuing bank within 5 working days

- Ensure documents required by custom are completed properly

- Complete shipment docs are required by buyer for sending to them or issue banking within 5 working after shipment date

- Follow up and handle buyer shipment docs and post shipment info on buyer system as required by buyer after shipment completed

- Calculate consumptions for each styles when receiving shipment plan from planning department and submit consumption to Quang Nam custom

- Ensuring that daily and monthly production targets are achieved at the expected level of quality in the assigned area

- Attending pre-production and pilot appraisal meetings to educate machine operators, supervisors and in-line quality checkers on product and quality specifications

- Identifying and solving issues with regard to shortfalls or non-conformance, educating and guiding machine operators to eliminate the root cause of product variation to minimize and to manufacture the right product

- Ensuring minimum machine breakdowns, and idle time

- Monitoring the efficiency of operators, educating, encouraging and guiding them together with the supervisor to maintain planned efficiency and output levels and to ensure the on-time delivery of finished goods

- Liaising with Cutting, Work Study, Quality, and Finishing Departments, assisting the production manager in the event of feeding new styles to the lines, overseeing the machine settings and giving feedback for improvement

- Leading, guiding and motivating operators and participating in the development and the application of the knowledge transfer process to optimize team performance, make attendance report & overtime plan

- Coordinating effectively to allocate resources to ensure the efficient functioning of the department to meet planned production targets and to maintain optimum quality standards.

- Ensuring that safety procedures are adopted and that the operators do properly company regulations

- Adhering to buyer’s compliance, 5S practice and any other standards adopted by the company.

- Be responsible and Support to Q/A Manager to promote a top of the mind attitude for quality for all staff of Fashion Garments.

- Mainly responsible in meeting the customer quality standards of a garment and Maintain effective & efficient quality control procedures throughout the factory.

- Guide the Quality Checkers by providing them clear & accurate instructions to maintain customer quality standards.

- Prepare in advance Quality Control guide lines, listing out the types of defects to be looked into in respect of standards operations & adjust the guide lines with the Quality Assurance manager to satisfy the decisions taken at the pre production planning meetings.

- Responsible to ensure that the cut components with the pattern boards to ensure that the stitching points have been correctly placed.

- Ensure the accuracy of trims issued by the stores (thread, zippers, buttons, labels etc) with trim card.

- Daily preparation of reports which includes details of measurements, daily finished garments, garments to be finally checked, & garments sent to finishing department etc.

- Responsible for maintaining the accepted quality level, while evaluating the quality status of the garment.

- Defects found during the inline audit to be noted in the audit report & quality measurement report & forward these reports to Quality Assurance Manager on time to take necessary actions

- Coordinate with final Quality Checkers, Quality Control Supervisors, Production Executives, Production Supervisors & relevant personnel to resolve day to day Quality Issues & take necessary actions corrective & preventive actions on Quality issues.

- Manage & control the End line – Inline quality checkers to minimize re-work percentage

- Guide In-Line Quality checkers to sort out the good garments (Accordance with customer quality standards) out of sewn garments & hand over the damaged garments back to the relevant operator for repairs.

- Maintain the accurate data, statistics of the sewn garments & continuously update & forward to relevant parties whenever necessary.

- Supply the production floor with good quality cut panels in required amounts to assure the production of quality products

- Supervise and maintain the functions; Spreading, marker checking, numbering, fusing, arranging embroidery etc. properly.

- Ensure all the fabrics and necessary details received to start the new style well in advance to achieve the plan cut date
- Ensure to run cutting floor according to the cut plan with correct style, correct color & correct shading
- Group correct amount of fabric receiving from the stores without effecting to the work.
- Minimize the waste of fabric, avoid Cutting defects & get the maximum output by using minimum labor.
- Maintain at least three days work in process in the line.
- Maintain all the records properly.
- Maintain the absenteeism and labor turnover below 5%.

- Attend meeting and have a discussion and advice and action with employee who absent the previous day. Follow and control previous absent leave form of workers so that make sure workers submit leave form within the first day come back

- Improve employee satisfaction through coordinate with Nurse to check operation and quality of canteen (Checking meal, tea, cake service early morning, lunch & dinner)

- Regular check and remind employee about health, safety and environment when walking to the floor. Everyday ER Staff comes to floor to check working environment, to ensure that disadvantage or complain of workers about facilities, environment will be highlighted on time and report to Department Heads and relevant Managers

- Meet and motivate TMO and sharing with TMO who cannot pass skill test when they come near skill test date with Work Study. Attend meeting with TMO and report comment from TMO to related departments and follow up corrective action 2 days/week

- Meet Big sister, Supervisor every day and get information and report comment to HRM & Assistant HRM, and conduct regular meeting weekly with Big sister

- Solve unfriendly and conflict relationship happened at working place between Line Manager, Junior Manager and Employee.

- Call and visit employee (come to their house (If need)) who absent to find out the actual reason, advise and being consultant to improve their absenteeism and report absent reason. Visit employee in case they are sick, or their house have funeral, sadness. Meet and motivate employee to stay and work at company as long as possible and convince employee who intend to resign so that they can stay and continue to work and report to HRM and Assistant HRM

- Support and coordinate with HRM and Assistant HRM in training and retraining every year

- Making Resignation Report and Absent Report

- Update, follow issuing drinking water bottles & lockers for employees

- Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for employees leaving FGL and prepare the payment
