Manage international and domestic transport activities:

Manage KPI, Lead MBR / QBR meeting and follow action
Seek opportunities to make continuous improvements from vendors
Verify the billing to ensure the company pays the right amount & timely
Report from Vendors to Henkel (VN & Regional) on time

Job Purpose:
Supply network planner responsible for all SBU in according to group (SEA SNP) and hands on directly for daily activity SAP MRP planning, ensure all FG planning and aligned with country scheduler in weekly basis. Also responsible for Raw Material planning according to respective SNP network
To arrange and review materials plan according to demand forecast, customer orders and material lead time at optimum inventory level as per company KPI
To arrange stock according to demand forecast, customer orders and also meet company KPI such as Inventory Day and Service Level
To work with Vendors to ensure supply and meeting on time delivery.
To monitor slow moving inventory and obsolete and work with related person i.e sales, PD. etc for further action in order to reduce inventory and active company KPI.
To be a member of S&OP Meeting in part of Supply Review
To solve daily issues with sales, operation and support teams in order to maintain the product availability to meet customer requirement (order on time in full)

-To conduct information gathering in regards with competitor activities, price policy and strategy
-To conduct market surveys concerning market segments

- Explore, generate and develop new opportunities/businesses for new accounts
- Roll-out new technologies in line with the regional and global programs
- Manage existing and new clients, look for new product usage/potential
- Provide monthly business reports on activities and results of the business unit
- Maintain a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders

- Technical support for customers to maintain business and Market development

- Customer service team is responsible for customers orders and related inquiry, ensuring End Customer Service Level, a part of Customer Complaint Management System.
- Coordinate with related functions in order to handle SO for assigned customers
- Order entry in SAP as per request timeline and accuracy
- Play as contact window for assigned customers
- Ensure End Customer Service Level, Customer Complaint are well maintained.
