The Sale Director is responsible for leading efforts involved in sale strategy development and improvements with direct responsibility. This position initiates, evaluates plans, directs, executes, implements, and reports on activities related to the sale and business development ideas. This position carries the responsibility to mentor team members and grow their capabilities for contributing to the organization while coordinating and managing the efforts of the Sale team.
Essential Functions:
Manage and control all of sales and marketing activities in all channels.
- Maximize sales and achieve customer satisfaction, maximize company’s profit.
- Follow market developments including sales, competitors and customers.
- Develop people , provide instructions and review staffs performances.
- Work with regional sales managers and trade marketing to make sales plans and strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Promote sales activities, implement trade marketing activities to promote sales.
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers.
- Take charge of visiting customers if required.
- Manage distributors to ensure sufficient stock and product delivery.
- Review distributors performance, and adjust to ensure optimal sales and service.
- Develop Trade Marketing plan and strategy development attain efficiencies and drive achievements.
- Recommend and develop local market promotions to promote sales.
- Support to open new distribution system.
- Monitor competitors activities, potential tenders.
- Manage relationships with Distributions.
- Coordinate with Marketing team on new product launches & promotional plans of existing portfolio.
- Manage operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure effectiveness.
- Support HR department to develop people: recruit and train staffs.

- Ensure all inventory systems, processes are managed and run efficiently and effectively to meet and exceed sales demand on local market/export.
- Responsible for logistics network design, planning and execution for the provision of last mile delivery service to customers.
- Track initiatives implementation, cost effectiveness and service level performance. Identification of cost saving opportunities: Identification of new suppliers and technical solutions on the market.
- Develop operational and strategic plans to ensure that the business has the appropriate resources to deal with the continued growth.

- Coordinate periodical stock take process and stock reconciliation to ensure inventory integrity.

- Collaboration with Maintenance & Production teams to optimize equipment specifications, as well with R&D and QA to harmonize packaging materials specification
- Lead and provide oversight for all purchasing activities necessary in the acquisition of local/ imported materials and non-product related towards company expectation across Vietnam.
- Lead and provide oversight for all import export activities including tax reimbursement, tax liquidation, and customs audit. Implement strategic plan to ensure all activities are compliant to laws and customs regulations.
Manage direct reports (performance management, coaching, etc). For the operational activities set objectives, measure performance, improve on efficiency, apply best practices.

• Overall responsibility for the preparation of the annual Profit Plans (yearly budget) as well as the quarterly forecast revisions.

Summary:
The Technical Director is in charge in maintaining and improving the laboratory management system of the company in accordance with established procedures and performs Laboratory system quality audits frequently.

- Responsible for implementation of new processes in the plant & working with the plant management.
- Assisting customers with respect to product quality issues or quality improvement initiatives.
- Filing and maintaining customer specifications and ensure the specifications are supported by the appropriate documents.
- Assisting in continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs, improve quality and / or enhance customer service.
- Questions processes, procedures and policies. Fully investigates, develops, and presents alternatives for implementation.
- Mentoring staff to increase their technical knowledge and potential contribution to the company.
- Act as the liaison between the Company and Customer Development Representatives, Regulatory Inspectors and Third Party Auditors.
- In charge of safety standards for the Laboratory & used equipment.
