Yêu cầu: Experience:- Minimum of 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry with a strong focus on the on-trade channel.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth within the on-trade market.- Experience working with key accounts and understanding the unique dynamics of the on-trade sector.Skills & Competencies:- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic initiatives.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while balancing multiple priorities.- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).Other Requirements:- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as required by the nature of the on-trade channel.- A passion for the beverage industry, particularly in the areas of alcoholic beverages, food service, or hospitality.
