- To conduct him accordingly as a Representative of the company which has a high national and international standing
-To offer and sell food additives at the best price in order for the supplying company to make a profit and to obtain as much business as possible to food and beverage customers.
- To provide a constant flow of market information to the Business Director and suppliers.
- To provide weekly, monthly and yearly reports & plans to the Business Director
- To continual development of new businesses, whether it is at existing customers or new potential customers.
The continual servicing including technical servicing (if any) of all currently existing accounts.
The execution of all follow-up and requests made by customers, i.e. sampling, delivery advice, preparation of quotation, contract etc. DISCUSS WITH THE BUSINESS DIRECTOR.
- To continually update yourself and promote any newly developed products to the various industry groups outlined in “Primary Function”.
- To follow-up on policies and guidelines laid down by the Company from time to time.
- To maintain and uphold the ethics of the Company and to work cohesively with his/her team.
- To maintain good functional relationship with all staff members of the Company.

To market and promote Skin Care segment
… to Vietnam Market. Achieve the position of leading supplier with a strategy of selling and marketing to end -users, fully employing the available technical resources of our suppliers
a) To identify customer’s need and introduce products according segments and propose “solutions” for them.
b) To identify our competitors and propose the strategy to promote our products to market.
c) To recognized our market need to build up the marketing presentation basic on suppliers sharing information.
d) To identify key decision makers at technical and commercial level within customer’s organization.
e) Together with Sales team and Business Director, formulate and prioritize key customer’s list, objectives, strategy and action plan for each industry. This should be done concurrent with budget and reviewed during Projection.
f) To “continuously” follow production levels and growth rates, new product development at customers, company and industrial level. Report the same in customer visit and profile reports and industry databases.
g) To meet or exceed budgeted sales and income targets by customer and industry.
h) To understand and report customers total fragrances requirement with the purpose of the company benchmark.
i) To inform Business Director and suppliers of loss of sales and reasons thereof immediately when they are discovered.
j) Consult with Business Director for quotations to customers and price negotiation with supplier
