- Interpret in business daily activities such as meetings, conferences and additional documents; - Prepare and translate meeting minutes, reports and emails; filing related documents; - Support manager and team leader in operations, resource management, budget, revenue accounting; - Assist in legal procedure for project preparation and development; identify problems and provide proper improvements in time to meet business objectives; - Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods; - Other task assigned by Manager - Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Responsible for the assigned financial / management / statutory reports at quality and in time deadline as required by Management / Government’s laws and regulations - Review, checking accounting transactions including accounting input to accounting software (payment, receipts…) in accordance with internal policies, budget, mitigate material mistakes - Reviewing tax reports and ensures compliance in relation to tax and other financial regulations; - Assist BOD / Chief Accountant / Group Finance Controller in forecast / budget / business analysis / tax / audit / related finance and accounting issues. - Other duties in relation to departmental activities or as assigned by higher management.
