1. Brand Marketing
• Prepare and implement brand marketing execution plans
• Work closely with in-house team, freelancers, and agencies (advertising, market research, PR) to ensure impeccable execution of all brand marketing activities
• Create creative content and marketing collaterals (i.e. POS, displays etc)
• Develop strong and good working relationship with media journalists, KOLs, influencers
• Measure and report performance of all campaigns against goals (KPIs)
• Monitor users reactions, market trends, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
• Propose initiatives to increase market share and brand’s reputation
2. Performance Marketing
• Collaborate closely with performance marketing function to co-plan and co-execute both brand marketing and performance marketing activities to create synchronization, optimization, and integration
3. Collaboration
• Partner with different functions (Product, Sales, Customer Support, Finance) for ongoing projects, budget phasing, media planning & tracking

1. Performance Marketing
• Employ an impeccable execution of online advertising, social media, SEO, SEM, ASO, email marketing, and content syndication.
• Optimize targeting, segmentation, and allocation of budgets across multiple channels to generate cost effective user actions
• Ensure that leads are converted into paid customers through well-crafted campaigns and close collaboration with the sales team
• Work with internal and external production professionals in the delivery of activity, from proposals, design, and actual build.
• Report timely on the effectiveness of campaigns, conversion rates, online-generated sales. Conducts analyses on the performance against ROI and KPIs. Estimate profitability of those campaigns.
• Develop in-house marketing automation
• Scale performance marketing operation
• Identify growth opportunities, develop new and innovative growth strategies
• Seek & develop marketing partnerships
2. Brand Marketing
• Acquire a clear consumer perception and better understand their needs
• Collaborate closely with brand marketing function to co-plan and co-execute both brand marketing and performance marketing activities to create synchronization, optimization, and integration
3. Collaboration
Collaborates with sales, customer support, product team in an effort to optimize programs, campaigns, landing pages, CRM, based on the real-time performance and ROI
