Hire the vacancies in projects from Junior to Senior Levels, to follow the recruitment processes: prepare the job adverts based on job requirements, follow up the job posting go live in internal & external career channels, screen CVs for Hiring Managers review and consideration, test and interview arrangements, prepare offer proposals, negotiate with candidates for offer package, follow up the pre-employment vetting check & on-boarding process.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Maintain absence, attendance and holiday records and update files/records as required;
Distribute and prepare payments, accuracy of information provided and legal compliance including calculating overtime, shift payments, incentive schemes and bonuses, maintaining payroll records.
Ensure that the payroll is processed timely & accurately. Implement other benefits and related payments
Implement, supervise employee executing company policy and propose the right regulations to BOD
Organize survey of employee’s satisfaction; Dismissal, discipline within competence
Support to calculate monthly salary, PIT, prepare payslip
In charge of following social insurance, premier health insurance, follow up labor contract period and other related tasks
Handle PIT code registration and tax dependent register
Prepare submit and consolidate SHUI reports, labor report, Union reports as required from Government
Work with outsource accounting company for accounting, taxation and auditing issues.
OTHER ADMIN TASKS (20%)
Visit sites to interact and issue relevant ducuments to employees sometimes
Co-organize company events (team building, year-end party)
Satisfy demands of purchasing stationary, PPE, equipment, book flight, hotel… timely
Other admin tasks are assigned by manager
