- Evaluate potential suppliers and build up a sound portfolio within a selected industrial and geographic area.
- Plan, coordinate, and perform presales, sales and aftersales activities. Such as: Suggest, plan and carry out marketing activities; check quotations, tender documents and drawings; prepare sales offers; prepare sales contract; carry out customer visits, seminars and exhibitions; control all commercial terms, contact logistic supplier; etc.
- Maintain and report project and order activities via direct exchanges and project lists.
- Monitor market and customer’s requirements as well as competitor actions and propose changes of the portfolio and new activities.
- Assist in preparation of business plans, forecasts, budgets and quarterly updates.
- Report matters concerning complaints or irregularities.

- Independent installation of textile machines.
- Trouble-Shooting.
- Service visits to customers.
- Reporting about machine performance.
- Working place will be mainly in Ha Noi area and surrounding places.
- Working place will be mainly in Ho Chi Minh area and surrounding places.

- Handle daily accounting activities related to invoicing and inventory.
- Make accounting works:
• Book-keeping accounting entries into software
• Store documents, invoice.
• Reconcile inventory booking with stock.
- Check all inventory documents and Invoices follow the internal policy and taxes regulation.
- Assist Chief Accountant in other tasks.
- Report to Chief Accountant and Finance Manager.

- Manage the daily work of technical team in order to arrange and deliver technical services, support to our customers in installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ensures that all issues are dealt with in the most effective and satisfactory way possible both for the customers / manufacture and company.
- Manage for technical work of service station, assistance for spare part sales.
