1) Marketing/ Promotion
・Promoting our TOP CAREER services (global recruitment and study abroad related opportunities) to universities and students, and local committees, communities, and other necessary channels.
・Planning and operating recruiting/study abroad events and job seminars in world top universities/high schools.
・Providing career consultations/ study abroad consultations to students of various majors and backgrounds
・Keeping track and managing of numbers.
・Plan and execute digital promotion including SNS, SEO, contents marketing and Advertisement in Digital.
2) Project Operations
・Handling communications with candidates (Skype, phone, and emails)
・Handling communications with universities (Skype, phone, and emails)
・Developing and maintaining (updating) the data and database of candidates and schools
・Managing part-time staffs and interns
・Keeping track and managing of numbers.
3) Market research
・Conducting research of labor market and building up database of recruiting/study abroad trends in main targeted countries
・Building up database of recruiting/study abroad trends in main targeted countries
・Constructing cooperating network with world top schools
4) Other necessary tasks/roles assigned by the manager/HQ
e.g. employee retention, conducting events, etc.
5) For manager
