I. ADMINISTRATIVE
- Check, monitor, control the admin service contracts, remind for expire date, renewal.
- Check and compare the prices to get approval before purchasing any items (uniform, tools, stationery,...)
- Resolve administrative job as per request such as contact for maintenance or fix broken equipment and follow up status
- Manage phone number register, phone charge, taxi charge, car, booking ticket, hotel, rental fee and others monthly.
- Resolve and contact with Government (Vendors, Construction, Firefighter Police, Food Hygiene and Safety, Work permit, Visa, TRC…) for any issues.
II. HUMAN RESOURCES
- Recruitment for restaurant man power (Hall staff, Kitchen staff,...)
- Labor relation: Labor contract, payroll, evaluate and salary adjustment, resignation, compensation and solve problem related to employees issues.
- Payroll: Check the monthly timekeeping sheet and prepare the payroll on or before the 5th monthly
- Social insurance: Register and report Social and health insurance when increasing/ decreasing staff; claim for social
benefits as sickness, maternity
