- Cài đặt ban đầu và cấu hình cho máy tính nhân viên mới, đồng thời hỗ trợ việc cài đặt tài khoản cho nhân viên mới và đóng tài khoản nhân viên nghỉ việc. Xử lý tất cả các loại sự cố phần mềm và phần cứng hàng ngày. Xử lý chống vi-rút, cập nhật bản bảo mật hệ thống và bảo vệ lỗ hổng hệ thống.
- Bảo trì hàng ngày để đảm bảo các phần mềm chấm công, camera, kiểm soát ra vào được hoạt động bình thường.
- Thường xuyên kiểm tra và khắc phục sự cố các thiết bị văn phòng như máy in, máy chiếu, điện thoại, mạng, v.v.
- Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý các thiết bị mạng như mạng nội bộ và mạng bên ngoài, VPN, tường lửa, ... đảm bảo hệ thống mạng của công ty được sử dụng bình thường và hỗ trợ xử lý sự cố với các nhà cung cấp mạng và điện thoại.
- Quản lý lưu trữ, bảo trì máy tính và mua các linh phụ kiện CNTT thường sử dụng.
- Làm tốt công việc quản lý tài sản cố định CNTT.

- Initial installation and configuration of new employees computers and coordination of account opening for new employees and account closure for departing employees. Deal with all kinds of daily software and hardware problems of the users computer. Virus protection processing of users computer, system security patch update, system vulnerability protection.
- Daily maintenance of attendance, access control, and monitoring systems to ensure normal operation and deal with the needs of suppliers. Regular inspection and troubleshooting of office equipment such as printers, projectors, conference phones, etc.
- User network, telephone troubleshooting, network wiring, telephone patch cords. Responsible for the management of network equipment such as internal and external networks, VPNs, firewalls, routers, etc., to ensure the normal use of the companys network, and to deal with the needs of network and telephone providers.
- Computer storage and maintenance management and purchase of commonly used IT accessories and consumables. Do a good job in the ledger management of IT fixed assets.
- 新员工的电脑初始安装配置发放以及协调新员工的账户开通、离职员工的账户关闭。处理用户电脑日常各类软件硬件问题。用户端电脑的病毒防护处理、系统安全补丁更新、系统漏洞防护。
- 考勤、门禁及监控系统的日常维护，保障其正常运行，处理跟供应商的需求。
- 打印机 投影仪会议电话等办公设备的定期检查以及故障处理。
- 用户网络、电话故障排除处理，网络布线，电话跳线。
- 负责内、外网、VPN、防火墙、路由器等网络设备的管理，保证公司网络正常使用，处理跟网络和电话供应商的需求。
- 电脑的出入库及维修管理以及申购常用IT配件及耗材。
- 做好IT固定资产的台账管理。

- Through promotion methods such as telephone communication or visit, keep in touch with target customers, introduce company products to customers and persuade them to use company products
- Guide customers to make appropriate selection of company products and be able to provide certain professional suggestion and on-site technical supports
- Coordinate to complete drawings, samples, tests, quotations etc.; assist in effective communication between the plant & customers, in charge of related commercial contracts and related payment collection
