Establishing capacity with individual suppliers based on the annual budget and monthly targets.
Providing a full assessment of existing sub-contractors, identifying strengths and weaknesses with an action plan for each.
Organize and conduct Sub-Contractor review meetings where we identify and decide allocation of product to each vendor
To ensure suppliers are at full capacity and notify management when capacities are low.
Detail working relationship between Sub-Con management and QA.
Detail the work carried out in relation to pricing. Support given to Production Director in this regard.
Sourcing other potential suppliers. Ensure effective and timely communication between suppliers and departments
To arrange and conduct hand-over meetings when a new product is given to a supplier of the first time. Ensures all technical information, references and standards are provided
Weekly planning of Work Order/PR releases. Detail working relationship between Sub-Con Management and Purchasing
Planning, organizing and co-ordinating the resources to meet the dead line
Setting up the priorities and completing the tasks
Reducing spending cost.
Contributing idea to improve and develop company.
Report monthly on each sub-contractor relating to adherence to schedule, quality and price
Supporting others Department and contributing to company’s Vision.
Implementing other tasks assigned by managing director

• Compose project documentation: outline, check list, timeline gant chart, report format..,
• Work with PPC manager, having input to analyze, make project outline, check list..
• Coordinate with all relative parties, departments to follow up, track timeline;
• Report & having input in investigation discrepancies (if any), suggest adjustment, correction.
• 100% PPC projects are documented.
• Keep project timeline on track 90%.
• Result & efficiency – 95% project done, in used
