– Chịu trách nhiệm doanh số và quản lý đội ngũ nhân viên bán hàng (PG); – Nắm được doanh thu bán hàng hàng ngày của từng cửa hàng; – Kiểm tra cách trưng bày hàng hóa; Đặt hàng kịp thời và đầy đủ; – Tìm hiểu nguyên nhân khi có sự biến động về doanh thu; Trực tiếp huấn luyện PG; – Giám sát tình hình làm việc và thái độ của PG; – Di chuyển qua lại các cửa hàng trên địa bàn phụ trách. Đồng thời phải đảm bảo đi đúng điểm theo lịch/tần suất quy định theo sự phân công của quản lý trực tiếp; – Thực hiện báo cáo định kì cho Giám sát bán hàng; Khu vực làm việc: 1. As account manger, you are generally responsible to serve as a combination of a salesperson and client service representative with whom the client has the most one-on-one interaction. You are in charge of a number of accounts that are using outsourcing services of workforce, payroll and recruitment as well. These responsibilities include: - To develop the growth strategy focusing on both financial gain and client satisfaction; - To communicate with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and requirements; also to resolve issues and inquiries; - To build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maintain existing business and acquire new clients on trusted and respectful basis; - To ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and objectives; - To generate innovative ideas to support and maximize client satisfaction; - To set sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies; - To report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements; - To collect and analyze data concerning clients’ objectives to identify areas of improvement and understand changing needs; - To gather information on the assigned clients to identify industry trends and create customized services for the clients. - To generate innovative ideas to support and maximize client satisfaction; - To upgrade the current website and marketing content plan for social media through social platforms; - To collaborate with operations team to identify and grow opportunities with existing and potential clients; - To organize meetings with the operations team to ensure our services are delivered timely and effectively; - To report regularly on the status of accounts you are in charge; - Other ad hoc duties as required by the CEO that are commensurate with the performance.
