Accountable for Regional relationships
• Liaison with Global Technology Support Groups and external vendors including managed services to ensure Global SLAs and operational KPI’s are met.
• Engage with Regional and Global technology management to align technology implementations to global strategies.
• Manage local / regional vendor liaison and ensure renewal of contracts of expiry.
• Manage partner relationship for materials, services and projects and ensure SLAs are met.
• Ensure timely ordering and distribution of consumables, media, stationary and spares to users across locations.
• Ensure proper safekeeping and retrieval of licenses, contracts and other documentation on SharePoint.
• Coordinate with site contacts for:
• Receive incoming courier packages, statutory communication addressed to the technology function.
• Make any statutorily required filings, payments on behalf of the technology function.
• Liaison with local service provider requiring personal visit for voice lines maintenance.
• Maintenance of air conditioners, access control and security systems in technology.
• Assist in arrangement of events and conferences.
• Coordinate Computer lease ordering and returning of leased units.
• Collaborate with Technology team members to order project requirements at the most cost effective rates.
• Coordinate purchase requisitions/Orders and insure receipts.
• Collect and publish movement plans of Technology team members.
• Provide support and expertise to skill teams for solution implementation
Change Management
• Ensure proper induction of new Technology personnel.
• Keep safe Technology assets returned by users until reassignment.
• Ensure adherence to laid down procedures in disposal of retired Technology assets, collect and deposit payments.
Governance & Control
• Prepare and maintain paperwork for assets acquisition approvals, ordering, movements and disposal.
• Ensure proper capitalisation of Technology purchases in the Asset Register.
• Ensure adherence to assets value guidelines in disposal of Technology assets.
Local applications support
• Responsible to support the critical local applications in order to ensure business continuity.
• Ensure the local applications and developments maintain compliance to all relevant Global data protection, financial and legal requirements. Suggest migration paths to newer technologies or Global solutions.

Role Purpose:

Role Purpose:

Role Purpose:

Ensure the HR filing system and employee data-entry are well established: up-to-date, accessible, professional, labelling.

Role purpose:
The job incumbent is accountable for assisting Purchasing Manager to manage all (local and oversea) purchasing transactions for direct and indirect materials and services at Coats Phong Phu to support Business Growth
Key Accountability:
1. Supply Management:
• Ensure the supply of all direct materials (fibre, filament, dye chemical, packaging…), indirect services and finished goods from 3rd party suppliers, contractors and inter-company in the best possible value, high quality and in compliance with Procurement standards, Company Policy, Health and Safety Standards
• Cooperate with Sourcing Manager to execute the sourcing activities, improvement initiatives, saving projects and other improvements
• Act urgently and flexibly in case of business changes or requirements to meet Customer Demand in terms of Coats products or services
• Work well internal team (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance) to supply raw materials and service on time for meeting customers expectation
2. Supplier Management:
• Conduct periodical supplier performance evaluation, supplier audit with key suppliers and key stakeholders (planning, quality, safety...). And giving feedback to suppliers to have the improvement actions (if required) in order to maintain a high quality Supplier Base in the company.
• Maintain and develop the supplier relationships with key suppliers, or key sub-contractors to ensure the strategic supply to Coats at higher quality standard and best possible value spend.
• Conducting regular supplier meetings, visits together with key stakeholders to ensure the supply of raw materials, services are at good service level and right quality.
• Participating in supplier workshops, supplier code events, quality workshops, supplier events ... to initiate saving ideas or improvement ideas to deliver all Procurement KPIs.
3. Company Compliance:
• Ensure the Purchasing Operation Activities highly comply with Procurement Policy, Company Policies and Standards, Processes and Systems Globally and Locally
• Improve and simplify current processes (if possible) to reduce the operation workload, documentation in procurement as well as working with other stakeholders / functions increase the efficiency of the operational activities in the company
• Ensure all the purchasing data (prices, vendors, contracts ...) maintained accurately in the system as well as updated in the required database correctly and continuously

Role summary:

- Coordinate the preparation of local training sessions, find training rooms, ensure all necessary equipment and catering arrangements as well.
- Inform local participants or trainees about training demands and other important aspects relating to training courses and requirements.
- Assist in maintaining records relating to training course and participants. Assist in the preparation and distribution of training certificates for those who attended the class.
- In charge of taking care of administrative tasks such as handling the correspondence and write memos, e-mails, letters, making copies, provide the training manager with general administrative support.

- Ensure enough manpower for the shift by manage annual leave in the shift.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of employees as well as proposal relevant training for growth.
- Maintain discipline within OAR.
- Ensure OAR is clean and tidy all times.
- Build-up excellent teamwork in the shift and keep good communication with operators.
