We are seeking a driven Sales Executive (Telesales) to join our Ho Chi Minh City team. This role focuses on phone-based sales of Zenyum’s Smile Invisible Braces, managing leads, and contributing to team targets in a collaborative environment. Integrity and professionalism are essential.Key Responsibilities:• Drive sales of ZenyumClear™ braces and other products via phone, converting leads into successful sales.• Manage telesales opportunities in the funnel, ensuring fair collaboration with team members.• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in our CRM system.• Achieve individual and team sales targets while adhering to Zenyum’s ethical standards.• Deliver excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications:• Senior Level: 3+ years of telesales or sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.• Junior Level: 1-2 years of telesales experience or fresh graduates with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.• Skills: Exceptional phone-based communication, persuasion, and closing skills; CRM proficiency; high ethical standards; team-oriented mindset.• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.• Availability: Ability to work in Ho Chi Minh City and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
