Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven Sales Executive (Telesales) to join our Ho Chi Minh City team. This role focuses on phone-based sales of Zenyum’s Smile Invisible Braces, managing leads, and contributing to team targets in a collaborative environment. Integrity and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of ZenyumClear™ braces and other products via phone, converting leads into successful sales.

• Manage telesales opportunities in the funnel, ensuring fair collaboration with team members.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in our CRM system.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while adhering to Zenyum’s ethical standards.

• Deliver excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications:

• Senior Level: 3+ years of telesales or sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

• Junior Level: 1-2 years of telesales experience or fresh graduates with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.

• Skills: Exceptional phone-based communication, persuasion, and closing skills; CRM proficiency; high ethical standards; team-oriented mindset.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• Availability: Ability to work in Ho Chi Minh City and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
